Baker's Square: Good Customer Service DOES Exist!

With all of the poor customer service I have been reporting, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing customer service I received from Baker's Square Restaurant.

A couple weekends ago, my friend and I went to get breakfast at Baker's Square.  We were disappointed in the menu change and actually chose to leave.  I wrote an e-mail, sharing my disappointment, but also explained that I was a long time customer and always enjoyed their restaurant.

As a result, Baker's Square mailed me two Complimentary V.I.P. Cards, each good for a FREE entree and soft drink so that we may try out their new menu!  Now that's what I call GREAT Customer Service!  Thanks, Baker's Square!
