    The rebate form will be included with the gift set. Just fill it out and mail it (along with any other requirements such as proof of purchase, etc.) Does that help?

    Thank you, but I'm not clear about the part where I dont select the magazine subscription so that i can get the rebate instead.. cause when I select which gift set I want, I dont see an option to opt out of the subscription? Even at check out I don't know how to deselect it.. is there something I'm missing?

    As long as the gift set says it includes a subscription, you'll get the form included with the gift set that is mailed to you. On the form, it will have you select your magazine, or opt out of the subscription and get the rebate instead.

    So, you don't opt out when you're ordering. You opt out when you mail the rebate. Does that help?
