To no great surprise, I had an e-mail this morning from Toys R us stating they had cancelled my Crayola order from this post. If they had said it was due to a glitch in the system, I would have understood. Afterall, the terms did state the 2 free items had to be of equal or lesser value. Instead, the e-mail stated that they were unable to "fulfill" my order. It even goes on to suggest choosing another store and trying again. It seemed highly unlikely that the store was out of these items.
Well, my awesome friend Kalley, of The Coupon Commandos, called corporate. They didn't budge on honoring the deal. So then she tried the store. The manager honored the order because the items were indeed in stock!!! I ran over and was able to get my order as well!
I'm not sure if all stores will do this, but if you tried ordering and your order was cancelled, it may be worth a try!
