Office Max, $3.06

This is my first time buying a rebate item at Office Max.  From what I've read, while the rebates are only valid at Office Max, they can be rolled into other rebate items. (Staples and Office Depot rebates do not roll.)  All I had to do was use my MaxPerks card (free store loyalty card).  The rebate will automatically show up in my online MaxPerks account in 2-3 weeks.
