I came across this display at Hilander (Schnucks) grocery store in Rockford, IL today. Attached are rebate forms for a FREE Snapple 6-pack (up to $6.99). Receipts must be dated between 01/01/2012 and 02/29/2012. Keep your eyes peeled for the rebate form!
