You can score this deal through today. All items are part of the "spend $30, get $10 ECB" P&G deal.
4 Charmin Basic 12 Double Rolls, $5.49 each
Used 4 $.25/1 from 1/27 P&G
Loaded $5 back from SavingStar when you spend $20 on Charmin, Mr. Clean, Febreeze*
2 Pantene, 3/$10
USed $3/2 from 1/27 P&G
Puffs Plus Lotion, $1.50
Subtotal: $26.13, Total: $28.62
"Paid" with $24 ECB and $4.62 OOP
Got back $10 ECB and $5 in my SavingStar account
Net cost: $13.62
My price point for toilet paper is $.25 or less per single roll. I got 48 double rolls, which is equivelant to 96 single rolls. If I break up my net cost, that works out to just $.14 per single roll, with "free" Pantene and Puffs! Score!
*Sign up for SavingStar here. Link your store loyalty cards, including your CVS card. Load the $5 back on $20 Charmin Purchase coupon here. Load any (or all) other coupons. Shop and watch money get added to your account! Once you reach $5 or more, cash out!
(Thanks for the scenario, MashupMom!)
