Tomorrow (Wednesday, April 27) Baskin-Robbins is having their annual 31 Cent Scoop Night from 5pm until 10pm. Baskin-Robbins is donating $100,000 to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and some locations will be collecting donations for local fire charities.
