ReplyDeleteYou need 2 coupons for each nail polish you buy (1 manufacturer and 1 Target coupon).
ReplyDeleteYou can print 2 of each coupon per computer, so should be able to buy 2 nail polishes.
The Target coupon does state "limit one coupon or offer per transaction," so if you want 2 nail polishes, you'll have to do 2 separate transactions if your Target is picky about that rule.
