My amazing friend, Theresa, over at The Coupon Commandos told me that she found Always Pads 75% off at one of our local CVS stores. That brought the cost down to $1.04 per package. We had $1/1 blinkie coupons that we had found at another CVS, making them $.04 each! Here's my breakdown:
