"Paid" with $19 in Register Rewards and $4.39 OOP
Got back $7 in Catalinas
Net Cost: $16.39...That works out to $1.49 per item.  Not great, but not horrible.  Luckily a lot of the Register Rewards I used I got on money maker items so still coming out ahead! :)
