Updated Target Coupon Policy

Target has made some changes to their coupon policy.  Unfortunately, these are not good changes.  Head over here to print and read the policy.

A couple of changes to note are:
Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day (unless otherwise noted on coupon)
and
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit the use of any coupon.
